Pros

I do admit to not being very impressed with their support, and occasionally we've had issues with server uptime, but their pricing is fair and the tool is powerful.
If you are using other elements of the Zoho suite there are good integrations and Creator would be great for adding functionality for the likes of first-line workers in the organisation.
It is truly an amazing platform to run your business with ease. Being able to solve the clients business problems and helping them build an app with zoho platform is really an amazing experience.

Pros

The platform have a wonderful Community page in Google+ where you have the chance to meet wonderful people from all over the world with different apps, different needs, different requests etc.
Powerful tool to automate processes. I liked the application, I consider it very useful and it allows me to practice the programming ideas that I can think of.
If there is something that I want to do, there is almost certainly a way to make it happen, and the customer support team is unmatched in quality and care.

Cons

Is also strange that most of the answers in the forum are only visible for the user that asked the question, making it almost useless for users trying to troubleshoot an error.
Another issue I have had to cope with several times is the lack of a time-only field, not date-time. I had to use workarounds when I needed the user to input time.
Lack of platform support, clunky UI, does many things sort of okay but doesn't do anything well.

Cons

When I had a problem with muy apps, the custom Service didn't a soluci├│n form my problem because they couldn't reproduce it. The problem ocurred just entering todo the app.
Troubleshooting a problem can be tough as the app developers using this tool are relatively new to this experience.
I will say AppSheet takes a bit of time to get through the learning curve. Brand new users might experience some frustration.
