I have lost a lot of money and clients due to using Leap.

Some of its  funcitons do not work on some computers. I have 2 up to date high spec Laptops that Leap have tried  (but failed) get it to work properly on.

The software is limited to only exporting 100 files at a time so if you have a decent client file then you need to ring and ask Leap if they can export. The answer is that they can but for $4,000.

It did not integrate well with MS Outlook, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat. It had multiple glitches, and the LEAP software deactivated features I used in MS Office and Adobe.
