Case management is our primary use of this program. CASEpeer helps us monitor cases, keep our team and our clients informed, and manage our workflow.
It is the A to Z of my firms whole process for managing cases from start to finish. We use it for both pre-litigation and litigation processes. We love the case plans, the tasks, the document automation, the note tracking, and even the client communication.

Case Notes

Reviewers indicate that CASEpeer's case notes capabilities are essential for keeping everyone on the same page. They appreciate the ability to search old notes and categorize them for easy access. Users report that the notes capability helps them track every change, update, call, and email related to a case. They find the ability to pin important notes and direct notes to coworkers very useful. However, some reviewers mention difficulties with editing notes and navigating through large files. Of the 34 CASEpeer users who gave detailed accounts of their use of Case Notes, 97% rated this feature as important or highly important.

The Notes section of Casepeer and the ability to search my old notes has played a crucial role in communicating with clients. Being able to tell my client the exact date and time we last spoke or when I last spoke to opposing counsel has been very impoirtant in certain situations.
I like that we can all share information about a client within the office so if a client calls on the status of their case or a third party we can go to notes and see what's going on.

Client Management

Reviewers highlight CASEpeer's client management capabilities as helpful for maintaining clear and organized client information. They appreciate the texting capability for easy communication and the ability to track client interactions. Users report that the software helps them keep clients updated and confident with detailed case updates. They find it easy to manage client details and link cases. Some reviewers wish for more intuitive client portal capabilities and better integration with lead management systems. Of the 23 CASEpeer users who gave detailed accounts of their use of Client Management, 96% rated this feature as important or highly important.

CasePeer is always expanding its options for third-party platforms that help us communicate with clients. We use the texting feature consistently and just started using their new Milestones integration to keep our clients updated on their cases.
Every time you enter a clients file you need to be able to easily find critical information, Casepeer helps organize their information.

Integration rating: 4.5 (2)

This feature allows us to integrate client emails into the CasePeer client file and track case communications which is helpful for both the attorney and file history tracking.

When you receive an email you would like others to see but don't want to forward it. I can add it to the case in Caspeer. Now no one will miss the email.

We like to having the backwards compatibility of OneDrive for file and document management, and the integration of the CASEpeer has been fantastic.

I don't think we've actually had anything come from Ngage that integrates into CASEpeer, so it's not as important to me.

Pros
Customer service is excellent and it’s clear that this is a company that cares about their product and their clients. They make regular improvements based on the feedback they receive.
I can barely get used to a feature before they roll out with even better ones. The integration to our calling service is outstanding and the ability to mange through our cases is seamless.
It is feature rich, allowing you to input tons of data on each case. I like that you can tag each note with the category it fits into, which is helpful for searching through later.
Cons
It was a struggle at the beginning, and there were some features that we were lead to believe we were going to have, that we didn't, especially with reporting.
There is a lot of clicking around that you have to do to navigate through the tabs and every time you do something it refreshes. Understandable because you are on the web but inconvenient.
What I don't like so far is that we're not able to upload videos.
