Having not only servers I use but clients work within Servemanager is likely the greatest asset of Servemanager in terms of streamlining the process of receiving, serving and completion of legal service of process.

Moving from a desktop application to this mobile application has kept me much more organized since I am not relying on my memory .

I can do billing,  set up jobs and the GPS feature and directions to the subject location makes entering the completion of a service of process done in real time.

The database of servers that use ServeManager is creating a professional network where a summons issued in Missouri can be served in Maine in a matter of hours.

I can do the job from start to finish including billing the client and offering them the ability to pay with an online link to be able to do so saving the client time and mailing fees.

Serve manager allows me to interface with my servers and clients and I am able to store all info on a serve in one place - in my job on serve manager.  

In my neck of the woods, our clients still want the original notarized affidavit of service.   After it is notarized I have to scan the affidavit to my desktop, email a copy to the client, download the affidavit to the job, then mail the original.  

They charge a percentage of the invoice for stripe integration so I pay twice.  

I have the ability to somewhat customize the software to meet my needs and I especially like the  pay by credit card option.  

I like that this not only makes the serve process easier, but it integrates billing, affidavits and customer updates in a super simple process.

A last view option like when going to invoices it automatically only shoe the open invoices which is normally what you are looking for when you go to that screen.

The options for online payment, cloud storage and GPS coordinates to proves serves are becoming a staple in this ever evolving industry.

Not only do I get paid, the credit card software posts the payment to the job which saves a step and shows "paid" on the invoice.

Granted,  there are some things I believe are lacking but what Servermanager does well far exceeds any of its limitations.

The thing that I like least is that I have to have multiple email addresses - one for my personal business and another for use on another companies site that I contract for.

Not with ServeManager.   If you can't find the help you are looking for in the video tutorials (which are priceless) that are at your disposal at the top of your home screen, you simply email support and by the very next day you have a response............that you can understand.  

No capability to enter multiple files in one account and limited options to merge documents.

I wish there was a tab under serve status for the bad addresses. When you log an attempt as a bad address it just shows up in serve manager as an attempt.

Is it possible to add a feature to attach the affidavit to the invoice and email both at the same time.  

Just a few of my personal issues? But it still is better than nothing so I continue using it and try to resolve problems and print out my own docs for court I just don’t use servemanager templates?

We find that the auto population of the information and data entered into Affidavits and related documents save us time.

From start to finish all the data is stored and organized very clearly for each and every job. After you get over the learning curve, it is very hard to goto anything else.

Satisfied for my purposes wish it were easier to get questions answered and documents were useable instead of having to go to other sites to get useable docs for court

We get MANY attachments, and have to scroll down quite a ways just to add a note or look at the job activity.

I wish they would have a IOS and a Google App to make things easier as opposed to always having to log onto the internet site and report your attempts.

I would like some desired features within the payment/contractor area available and with regards to multiple serves at 1 address

There should also be a bad address tab under serve status so you can accurately track your jobs.

My clients like it in that they can upload and assign jobs to me from their desktop.  

One example for us would be the ability to have the country added in as an address field.  

ServeManager does not have a report writer and does not allow access to database.

I love that this is web based and easily traveled wherever I go.

The remote mobile access contains all the tools needed when out on the job, in realtime!

Usability, tracking, the communication between clients and the support staff is great to work with.  

On top of the app I would also like to see eservice available when jobs are assigned to you outside of your company.

I don't want the customer to have to add users for every single paralegal or attorney.

I use invoicing for other than process servicing and works greater than others.

They often and readily accept feedback which they use to make improvements to this service on a sometime monthly bases.

Can't status several job at the same address at the same time.

This has limited our ability to implement offline conversion tracking and build reporting dashboards leadership is actively asking for. When Neos positions itself as having an open API and being collaborative with client teams, the lack of follow-up here has been frustrating and disruptive.

Playing with it overtime, you can better understand the file by having documents or contacts in the right areas like having medical records and bills in one area and having court documents in another.

As with all cloud-based software, there can be glitches when there is a high number of users online at one time, and updates can be pushed forward before they are really ready.

That said, while the core system is strong, delays around integrations and communication have been frustrating and have limited our ability to fully leverage the platform from a reporting and growth standpoint.

From my side, having one system that supports case flow, reporting, and visibility across departments is a big plus.

Neos does a good job of keeping everything centralized and organized, which makes day-to-day operations smoother across the firm.

Neos has a clean, easy to learn interface with most law office management essentials built in so work can be done in one place quickly and accurately.

Some improvements could be made with email app merging, but overall, it's beneficial, integrating well with QuickBooks and Case Status.

Some of the tabs/features we don't necessarily use in our practice and it can be overwhelming having so many options/tags.

I also love the texting feature - it's been a key for keeping track of client communications, all within the platform. Plus, the integration with DocuSign makes signing documents a breeze. But what really stands out for me is how effortlessly I can link companion cases and transfer information between files, keeping everything running smoothly.

The Neos calendar.   When scheduling a calendar item from Neos, the case name does not show up on the calendar; you have to manually type in the case name in the subject line.

This has streamlined our disbursement of cases and enabled us to provide clear and concise settlement memos to our clients.
