Poor - their support just punts things to their feedback forum and then refuse to address bugs unless enough people vote on them.

It also does a great job of teaching beginning users about email list rules and etiquette, which is a nice touch.

Overall, MailPoet is good for building nice sign-up and newsletters.

I use an paid service of MailPoet one good thing that I like about the MailPoet is the free service that they offer upto 1000 emails.

It does have a free service up to 1000 email addresses. MailPoet does provide a good email editor withing WordPress who makes easy to access any website resource media.

Web Developer

Majority of users running WordPress are not on managed platforms, it would encounter technical and performance problems, I believe. It does not support Multisite, that really let me down.

The robust function for the out of box product.

Block editing using get too associated with Gutenberg and sometimes becomes a little bit laggy.

Its segmentation and integrations are limited to WordPress core features and WooCommerce only.

The price increases a lot while your list is growing. The service is suspended repeatedly and without detailed and reasonable justifications.
