ada is a cloud-based mobile marketing platform which allows users to create, distribute, and track the performance of customized content campaigns for mobile. Users can create and distribute email newsletters, marketing text messages, custom ChatBots, social media posts, mobile landing pages, multi-page stories, and more. Drag-and-drop and point-and-click editing tools enable the customization of content without coding, and ada offers a range of templates for different content types. ada’s ‘opt-in’ tool lets customers choose to receive SMS marketing communications by sending a keyword by text to a predefined phone number. An automated SMS is then sent to the customer, with a discount coupon, store invitation, or request to complete some online action, such as filling out a form. Customer profiles can be created, and obtained data is automatically archived for future marketing campaigns.
