Pros

This software gives a great boost to your online reputation. The customer support is excellent and the dashboard is super user-friendly.
The ease of use is one of the best features other than the integration to different POS systems and Google. The new Google Analytics is awesome and Inbox is one of my favorite features.
Customer service has been fantastic. I love the fact that we can view our reviews all in one spot and not have to go search and hunt for them on different platforms.

Cons

Our business had an issue with online reputation/review management. Through years of neglecting in addressing this issue, it just piled up with more and more negative reviews.
Finding the review request button is now difficult. My employees will no longer use the product due to difficulty to use and I am getting tired of emails and texts all day.
I was given zero instruction other than the aforementioned line, we're talking I had NO IDEA what this was, what I was doing, or how I was going to do what I was supposed to be doing.
