Ease of use. The entire software is very easy to use and easy to post to your social media sites...
If under 50 characters it won't post as a review with SMS text. If you receive a SMS text over 50 you can add as a review. Any SMS should be able to upload as a review then.

Good, I think it is a great service.
I love the fact it sends reviews to patients, However, you must stay on top of it, we had a period where we got zero. If you call it gets fixed

It's super easy to set up and connect your review platforms, the automated review responses are my favorite feature.
Ease of use! We use custom templates a lot so that's a great feature.

Makes it easy to see and respond to all of my reviews. And the auto re-marketing onto other review sites is great!
Yelp integration is not as good as it is with other review sites, as you are directed onto the Yelp page to leave the review.

Fantastic. Their support has been super helpful with any questions or troubleshooting needed. This has produced significant results for client form generating positive reviews, to managing negative reviews, to responding to all reviews, to growing a businesses local SEO presence. The list goes on. I highly recommend BirdEye to agencies and businesses.

The experience has been good so far.
That it gives patients the option of writing a personal review they can post, or a review they can send directly to us. It also gives patients the freedom to review and comment on their experience.
I haven't found anything I don't like as of yet.

I like it. It has some defects (as everything) but it is very manageable.
I really appreciate the review response templates and how easy it is to reply to reviews.
Sometimes, certain review sites get disconnected for no reason.

nice easy way to get reviews completed by clients automatically and share on social media sites. I love that there are additional features too. And that my company gets a copy of the reviews.
not able to re-send review request to clients if within 180 days of being sent. somethimes we need to send again to remind clients to prsent a review

This software makes it so easy for us to request a review from a patient. It also is very user friendly for the patient to give a review and doesn't require a lot of explanation prior to sending out the review request.
The only thing that I would like is a lesser response time for the review to post.

Overall, Birdeye is a fine solution in the reputation management space, but not our top choice due to cost and availability of similar options at a lower price. They also require a larger amount of sign-on properties to begin with.
BirdEye offered all of the reputation management silos we needed in one place - review monitoring and responding, SMS review requesting, reputation and listing management and scoring.
Birdeye was on the pricier end compared to other competitors that offer similar solutions.

very useful tool for isolating your happy customers and identifying the ones that have concerns or complaints and address them directly.
one thing i would like to see in a future update is, we send birdeye surveys out with a review rating system of 5 stars, and only allow the 5 star reviewers to go to the section where we ask them to review us at our review sites. if they return a less than 5 start, we get the 'parked' review, but we never get to see what the star rating was on that parked review, whether it was 1,2,3 or 4 stars. would like to see that in the future.

After many years of use the perfect review solution.
ease of use and easy to navigate and other than this annoying review requiring a certain number characters
could not think of anything at this time however since it requires I write something, I Ould have to say the asking for reviews after I already summated a review twice on my mobile app is super annoying.

New patients have increased significantly based on positive reviews generated by BirdEye. The best investment.
The review requests are automatically generated and patients are encouraged to leave reviews. It has fueled my practice growth! Also love the option to reply to the patient if they have feedback for the practice and how we can improve.
I had one patient complain that she already left a review and was still asked to leave a review after her service. I'm not sure if this is true or not.

I am still a newer user to the software because it is our hygienist who enters in the clients for review requests. I happen to be the individual responsible for review tracking and replying. I did not like a recent situation where the BirdEye software changed our Facebook Profile and Cover photo to match each other, to our logo one morning at 3am. I have talked with BirdEye about this and we are on the same page for the future. We did change our cover photo and profile photo back to the original photos we have selected. We should all be good moving forward now and it did not alter my exceptional rating and perception of BirdEye as a company. We think you are terrific!!!!

Customer service has been incredible. They continue to stay in touch until problem has been resolved.
Very nice presentation when clients open the review request,
Many clients have difficulty or are unable to leave a review, but this not the fault of Birdeye, it’s a google issue. People without a gmail account have to surf around to figure out how to use their non gmail account. many get frustrated and stop, or think their review has been posted, but it wasn’t. Birdeye gives you an additional option to leave a review through Birdeye alone which is helpful for those with difficulties.

Our office has been using BirdEye for about a year and it has helped us get more positive reviews. We don't like to have to ask clients to do this and understand how important this is these days so BirdEye takes the stress out of that.
It can be a little confusing setting up the client information and checking in to see if someone has written the review, but BirdEye notifies you as soon as the review is posted.
