Buffer vs ContentStudio Comparison

I love the 100% uptime, bug free solution they offer and their easy to use mobile app. The evergreen posts and post to blog are great features too!

The online version has a bot hard learing curve, and the interface doesn't help a lot. But once you get use to it, you will love it! i did :)

The web and mobile apps are great. After the latest update, the UI is also a lot easier on the eyes. Love the automatic curation of posts from a domain or RSS feed. This allows me to populate the social channels of one of my brands completely hands-off.

Can't really think of any cons but I do wish it worked with Pixelme for retargeting.

This is far more than a social media marketing tool. Yes, you can post to all the leading networks, schedule, draft and more. However, it's the content discovery tool that makes it unique. Easily find trending content and share it with your audience.

Sharing from iOS to ContentStudio is a challenge. This is the only feature that has driven me to look at other solutions. Share Sheet integration is a must. I think the ease of use Buffer offers here is an outstanding example. However, Buffer is limited in many other areas.

Content Studio is a powerhouse and keeps getting better. Imagine if some of your favorite marketing tools like buffer and buzzsumo had a baby, that's content studio.

Not many negatives to point out. The OLD UI was a bit outdated but that doesn't apply anymore as they redesigned the entire UI and its so much better. The only negative i can think of is that Instagram posts are done by mobile notification not natively.

Not much to like. The software is NOT a competitor to Hootsuite, Buffer, Tailwind, etc, even though it bills itself as such. It barely works and support is horrible.

Oh, same as the pros I guess. It's just an overall dud.

I like the included news articles from other sources and I like including of other tools at the same time, e.g. replug.

It was a bit buggy at the start but the software team finished all bugs off in very fast work.

After switchting from smarterqueue and finding both hootsuite and buffer lacking in cost/benefit or functionality when it came to social monitoring happy with Appsumo offer for contenstudio. New version ads better usability.

I miss the smart queueing ease of use and content scheduling from smarterqueue

I don't need to use multiple tools for my content discovery and content publishing needs. i was using Buzzsumo for content research , and Buffer for content publishing . all this and more can be done in content studio

It is not as extensive as the established tools . it needs to improve content discovery module

I love being able to schedule the same post for different times. Simple things like using emojis that is missing from platforms I used in past like buffer. Being able to watch keywords for content is also great.

Would love it to be easier to see your upcoming scheduled posts by page. Some of the trending content seems to be Asian based.

It is a tool that saves a lot of time. And allow you to schedule post on different social media in advance.

No downside observed at this time. I have no complaint

I have used different social media tools in the past including Hootsuite and Buffer but Content Studio is the next level. It has a lot of good features and functionalities that will ease your life. My top three features are Automation rules for posting, Client Approvals on posts, Hashtag Lists.

Instagram direct publishing is the only drawback I find on the software. But I am happy that we have an amazing analytics section for Instagram.

At first I was on the fence with content studio, I enjoyed using hootsuite, buffer and a few other social tools better. I kept checking on content studio and watching it grow and wow!! The team just keeps building it out and improving it. I love the content feed and ease of posting, using replug. Very cool tool for social media management.

The learning curve can be a little tough because there are so many tools. It’s easy enough to get the hang of after a few minutes.
