Pros

The ability to schedule posts to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter all at once is such a great time saver. The site is easy to understand and use and I highly recommend it.
Their platform is straightforward and very userfriendly. The company also has great customer service, feels honest and real, and hosts a great Podcast about social media.
They also have some interesting analytics tools that are helpful in determining a good time to post for your content.

Pros

From the time of my free trial to today, I've had a great experience. The training team gave me a great introductory kickoff meeting and kept in touch to ensure that I was able to use the tool.
The best thing about Sendible is the support. I love the interface - after wrestling with how to schedule content my clients can see.
As a previous Sprout user finding a platform like Sendible is a breath of fresh air, the pricing plans for our team and needs are a perfect fit.

Cons

Terrible UI and terrible performance I have repeated contacted them and still the software stops working on Macbook pro having to reload 3 times in a hour.
Connection problems happen fairly often with LinkedIn - this may be more on the platform side than with Buffer itself, but it's frustrating nonetheless.
Their pricing structure is also confusing with different prices for publishing, analyzing and replying. It can make it difficult for potential clients to understand exactly what they're paying for.

Cons

Although setting up new users/teammates is slightly confusing.
Sendible doesn't always learn quickly; some of the notifications refuse to go away.
The import spreadsheet is difficult to use and i cant work out how to add videos to the spreadsheet.

Easy to use tool for your media posts

It has helped me a lot to organiser my social media life. Pre-posting the apps helped me to know what time is the best to post.

Pros

Buffer helps to organiser your social media posts in advance. Easy to use and implement. The free version will send reminders to the phone for you to post. On the paid version Buffer will send the post for you. You can customise the time and day that you want to post.

Cons

The app crashes sometimes on Android. But the company sends updates very often, so hopefully everything will be sorted soon.

Great for social media marketing beginners

Nothing against Buffer, we liked it while it was in use but moved to another option.

Pros

Buffer is a great free alternative compared to expensive paid options for a beginner social media marketer or freelancer.

Cons

The higher tier options started getting too expensive for my agency, and we ended up switching to Sendible as a result.

Very easy to use and builds my followers automagically

Pros

It sends out scheduled relevant content to my followers which in turn attracts more followers to my account. I have selected categories and it picks the most engaging ones to send to my follower base.

Cons

There is nothing particular I don't like, the service does what it is expected to do. I have set it up once and forgot about it.

Pros

Buffer is a total time saver when you need to post the same information or link to multiple social media accounts. The extension makes this even easier.

Cons

Only con is, if it can't send or connect to an account there's no notification. You won't find out until you go to the website.

Buffer is just AWESOME!

Pros

Buffer is a wonderful tool for scheduling, and spacing out, social media updates. It seems to work EVERYWHERE and 99% of what I share to the social networks is done via Buffer. It is easy to use and their support is outstanding!

Cons

About the only thing that I do not like about Buffer is that sometimes, for some reason, a post that you have created will fail to send. Now, if your social network connection needs to be refreshed, they will notify you of that. I have never been notified on a failed send and only see those when I go to the actual Buffer dashboard which is infrequently.

Good But Glitchy

Pros

Buffer makes it incredibly easy to schedule and post content to the most popular social networks.

Cons

Sometimes it can be glitchy, especially with Instagram posts. It is supposed to send a push notification when a post is to be manually published, but even though notifications are set up properly it doesn't send the notification. Then it says the post has been published, even though it hasn't. That can certainly be frustrating, but under a watchful eye it's not too bad.

Buffer is an excellent resource and tool that's easy use. It makes changes and it's growing.

Pros

Buffer makes posting and scheduling post to social media easy. When social media is a must and Buffer is the platform to facilitate the task.

Cons

I miss the feature that Buffer used to offer where users were provided content like inspirational quotes. Definitely helped having preset content available to send out when time was a crunch.

Straightforward social media management software

I like the simple interface to manage multiple accounts (much less clunky than Hootsuite or Tweetdeck). Can schedule to publish Instagram posts.

Cons

No analytics. Also, if the image is the wrong aspect ratio for an Instagram post, it will only send you a reminder which is fine but won't provide a crop or resizing tool.

Buffer is a great social media marketing software for any business!

This allowed me to schedule a large amount of posts to be published ahead of time for a company I work for. Then I can send them to be "accepted" and then pushed for final scheduling.

Pros

I love Buffer! The part I like best is that it is super easy to navigate and it links up with Pablo which helps to create amazing graphics, memes, and social media posts. There are also tutorials and tips to help you!

Cons

There was nothing that I came up with that I did not love about Buffer. I sort of even loved it more than Hootsuite to be honest.
