Confusing and costly credit system

Their extra charges to buy additional credits is a little high and to be honest, I don't understand why the credits we purchase for our monthly plan do not roll over.

The biggest is not being able to edit their digital connect card, and also not being able to edit sign-up forms to make them match brand customization.

It has allowed us to simplify our systems and unify them into a single communication platform for both E-Mail, Text, and Tap Tags.

I wish I had the option to hold an automated workflow until someone filled out a PCO form, or entered a certain step in a PCO workflow, and then continue them on from there.

Things we like most about Clearstream is the customer service, user friendly platform, & seeing where each subscriber belongs to in a workflow, list, or tag.

They want members to be able to read and respond to one another in the common thread, but they have found the responses only come to the generator of the text.

I wish I could manually add contacts to a synced Planning Center list. When I sync the playlist from Planning Center, I can't use texting a keyword either for that playlist.

I don’t really like that the limited number of messaging credits expire and are replenished monthly.

I love that I can have all of my contacts in one place and message them all together.

Also, it is annoying that each time I sign in I get bombarded with the chat agents trying to solicit some sort of interaction.  

It helps our organization text people that we need to stay in touch with.

The transfer wasn’t a smooth process as everything had to manually added. And as a portable church, we’d hope they’d have more options for tap tags functionality.

Totally understand the costs of doing business, however there could be some flexibility to the credit plan pricing when the additional sub accounts and other features aren't being used.

My people now get a weekly email and a text with a link to our email, they have said how helpful this has been!

I wish you could build HTML emails directly into clear stream without having to copy HTML code from another source.

The features are user-friendly, and once everything is set up, it really allows things to run smoothly and efficiently.

I've tried many other softwares in order to help me with text communications and CCB has been by far the most effective for the cost.

Also, people have to sign up with a number instead of choosing either number or email.

The number of sub-accounts that you get for the price is much better than other companies and my church will be moving towards a much larger usage.

It's so easy to sync and create lists that expedite communication to different groups.

We love the fact that it filters easily and connects well with PCO by pushing it back to update or create new profiles.

Clearstream provides an amazing communication platform for churches.
