We are a no refund company". Since constant contact only allows cancellations by phone, and they refused send a cancellation email until the following month, I could not dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Your account gets flagged if import a lot of contacts at once or get more than 0.1% spam reports on a blast.   Once we uploaded a list of contacts and they weren't satisfied with our explanation of how we got them so they blacklisted the contacts and made us unable to ever contact those people again.   If you get more than 0.1% spam reports your account can be suspended or you may get a little scolding.  

Also there are a number of emails that default to end users spam files so our entire contact list does not receive emails.

I love being able to upload a multitude of graphics and text variations and then setting and "forgetting" it.

I can sit down and spend a few hours on the weekend, and have all the social media for the month scheduled in a matter of a few hours. Or I can schedule it daily, on my time, to post whenever I choose over the next day or two.

I liked 3 things in particular - evergreen posts - so I can organise certain posts and set and forget (for years if I want); variations on evergreen posts - I haven't seen another product that does this, it means that my evergreen posts aren't so obvious (if I set 4 variations on text and 3 images and set up 3 months of posts then my post won't actually exactly repeat for 3 years); the third feature is the ability to pull previous posts or set up posts from my blogs - this allowed me to actually reuse the 3 years of post I have already spent time on and get more value from them.
