Overall, EngageBay CRM has been a helpful tool for managing contacts, email campaigns, and our sales pipeline, especially with how responsive and supportive the customer support team is.

Data management features seem solid and cover most of what we need, although we are still exploring the platform and expect it will take a bit more time to fully understand and optimize how everything works for our use case.​

The interface and data management tools do the job, but they are not always as intuitive or streamlined as they could be, so it sometimes takes extra clicks and trial-and-error to find or configure what is needed.

It lacks advanced analytics and reporting and the mobile app lacks all the features making it difficult to access anywhere

There is still a bit of a learning curve with the interface and data management, but once the basics are set up, it works reliably for day-to-day outreach and follow-ups.​

I was juggling multiple tools for email lead tracking and follow-ups, which was not only confusing but also incredibly time-consuming

Restrictions include a brief introduction that appears before the email template, sometimes delayed email broadcasts, and emails that fail to reach corporates despite being guaranteed that they would wind up in the inbox rather than the trash can.

Not being able to open things like email templates and forms in a new tab quickly and efficiently would be my biggest con.  

There are a few missing features which would seem to be obvious, eg. not being able to sort on every column of data or only having the client's first name listed in some places when having both names would be more helpful or not having the ability to insert an email link into their templates.

The most disappointing feature was automations, where they have only limited things that can trigger an automation and limited choices for what the automation can do.

Excellent to capture new leads via the inquiry or contact form, it's automatically sends new leads in it's pipeline where leads can be managed
