Pretty satisfied. Good solution at this price (free :-) (I use only the help desk module for now).
It's very modular. You can use just the required feature without paying for extra modules. This means that it can be adapted to any business. For example, in my business, I only need the help desk feature for now, which is free, by the way! It's nice to know that I can add the marketing module if one day I decide to do some email marketing automation.
I have no complains so far, and I have been using it for 2 years.

Pleasant so far. I haven't used my HubSpot account for a long time so it is unlikely to be current, so used the csv import for my contacts on another email service provider.
Easy to import contacts. Dashboard is clear. I like the a la carte option of additional services.
I appreciate follow up for assistance, but this was a bit of overkill. I had to clear time to transfer in my contacts and look at the product in more detail, but received 4 calls prior to having that time, creating some pressure.

I just accepted the free trial to see what everybody has been talking about it being a great and powerful tool for marketing, and I can attest now that I've seen, that I do agree 100%.
I like how it aligns most platforms with one another, nearly every other software available doesn't streamline the process of connecting all profiles. Most issues are caused by the time it takes to connect them all (like hoops you're made to jump through just to get to that point), I am always searching for a better "main hub" situation because each one, I've learned in my own experiences, that not...
Cost, make it accessible for everyone, even consider a free option because more times than not, someone will desperately need the features that are restricted usually in free-trials or free plans, and end up buying regardless to satisfy that need.

The experience was not bad, but i am not sure if i would use it again.
Pricewise is the system much cheaper than other Systems - especially if you scale. You can run more than one domains and the automation functions are good.
The system is less intuitive than e.g. hubspot. more complicated to setup and use. Help is only in english and there is no real support structure. Unless a old video guided support. This taks more time to effectively use it. What i really didnt like is, the strong outreach for positive reviews. I think i got 5 messages on that...within the first week.

My overall experience with EngageBay is great! I've never had a problem using the software and any time I have a question, the support has been quick and helpful.
The best thing about this CRM is the ease of use. I found it easy to learn and continue using.
There are some options that could be expanded on such as building web pages, I would benefit from having more options in the design process of the web pages.
