The features are simple to understand and use, and the automated payment system is a great plus.

Very easy to use, love the automatic calculations of our affiliates commissions.

It's also slightly expensive compared to other similar programs.

Doesn't calculate commission properly, shows inflated amounts owing to affiliates (by a factor of morethan 10 at times!) When contacting support to help with these matters you just get a bunch of emails asking silly questions and making meaningless statements like "your affiliate is on xyz plan" (aha, as if I didn't know that already)

What’s most disappointing is that, instead of taking responsibility for this lack of engagement, the company now suggests we should pay even more to finally benefit from the platform.

It is a shame how a supposedly serious company has this policy of forcing you to enter the card details in order to see the features since they do not explain anything previously.

We will start automatically billing, even if you never used the service. And even telling them the situation, they didn't agree on the refund.
