Their insistence on sticking rigidly to their TOS, without considering the context or fairness of the situation, was both disappointing and frustrating.

Some common features you have to buy through third party vendors, like WhatsApp (Elfsight).The timeframe to get live by connecting your domain name was a bit too long.

I currently use LP along with a few other systems and I have no plans on ever leaving the LeadPages family.  

It is a very good option to make landig pages and capture leads, the templates are very nice and you have for all uses, they are quick to download and good lead capture.

The system works great and we have made a tremendous amount of $ from their software and templates.

The Leadpages template library is my favorite feature because it's an excellent way to give the page a feel and look I would like it to have.

Can be frustrating at times but there are lots of moving parts to organize.

It can be used very well, but does have limitations when it comes to more advanced applications.

It can be a little buggy sometimes and clicking on certain sections that are hidden by other sections can make it hard to edit pages at times.

Set-up is laborious, time consuming, not much explanation... and after 15 hours of set-up still can't get a contact in a list after opting in and can't get a simple welcome email to the optin.

Overall it's an over-priced product which offers a limited number of options, which it does do well, but the sort of things that will cost extra are shopping cart functions like discount coupon codes, and that is a bit much considering the budget price option is not good value to start with, in my view.
