My experience changed after onboarding. While the software itself is easy to use, the early-stage sending restrictions did not align with what I understood prior to purchase. Because of this, I switched to Mailchimp, where I was able to send a 30,000-email campaign almost immediately.

I did find a workaround for creating a split pay option, but it is not very smooth and takes quite a bit of time to set up since it requires creating a separate workflow for each payment plan version.

The email builder feels intuitive and spacious, and I can create designs that feel aligned with my brand without wrestling with the tech.
