The current integration with our own digital ID is still subpar, this makes it difficult to track which customer profile braze is using on our campaigns, as one customer can have multiple profiles, the support from braze engineers on this regard could be better.

I like Braze´s great potential to integrate multiple data sources to leverage the power of our data streams and data models, which allows to convert them into meaninful smart marketing campaigns, to deliver the right message/nbo/nba at the right time or event, and with a meaninful feedback cycle to craft better customers journeys across all our business units.

Exporting key metrics like deliverability, engagement, & conversion data is straightforward, which makes performance tracking simple.

My biggest complaint so far is not being able to access HTML code in templated emails.

For smaller companies or those with simpler needs, it might be more than is necessary.

There is something left to be desired regarding the speed at which feature requests are reviewed and implemented, but overall I love using Braze.

Bugs are rare, but when they occur, they can slow down analysis and require support tickets.

Some of the features require dev/engineer help when this is hard to get ahold of it can hold up some projects.

Also, the initial integration can be tricky and if it's not done right then it can lead to a lot of other problems later on.

Although filter-based Segment creation easy, but I miss SQL based Segmentation which provide more flexibility.

Common issue raised about Braze is the lack of an auto-save feature.

It is not as easy as I would like to be able to cancel or change scheduled alerts on mobile devices.

there are no visuals to show the advertiser, just the stats.

Some of these items are just nice to have but some can become actual road blocks to drafting the intended user experience.

Due to all the functionality there is a bit of a learning curve that can feel overwhelming if you have a lean team.

Overall a useful CRM tool, with good UI/UX and overall good experience, with a few key areas for small improvement
