OneSignal is the best free push notification solution available. I tried a competitor’s product before switching to OneSignal, and OneSignal has been so much more reliable.
Dashboard can be a bit a bit confusing at the beginning.
Their pricing plans are very accessible, and their free plan is great, it allows you unlimited subscribers up to 10,000 recipients per message.
Doesnt have advanced features. Unless you are a beginner, using One signal might be boring for you.

Customer support is amazing. Variations on sending alerts to the organization for all users are great due to some of our population not having the ability to receive a text message.
The inability to provide updated info to the threat intelTeam when you have first hand knowledge of an incident.
We have realized tremendous value in taking care of our employees and their families. They know we sincerely care and have invested in their safety.
The only issue our company has had is some people getting the message twice. Out of 300 people, we have only had 2 complaints.
The responsiveness of our Customer Success Manager is fabulous - I'm talking under an hour most times. Truly great experience all the way around.
I sometimes see errors such as a message did not delivered to everyone.
This tool offers great integration through the API toolkit and offers great reporting. The customer service is also very good.
We've sent numerous emergency notifications for events from Hurricanes to gas leaks. We conduct quarterly call tree tests and an annual notification exercise for the company.
All staff we have interacted with at AlertMedia have been fantastic. They are knowledgeable, respond quickly and offer high quality products.
This product is very easy to use and very useful. It has made communicating with our team members on all different shifts very easy and effective.
I think it is an excellent tool and I am glad we invested in it. I just think we could probably use it more often.

Very easy to integrate our data sources like Segment, and simple to get attributes and events. Perfect for running onboarding campaign or lead nurturing campaign.
The lack of a WYSIWYG editor for my marketing counterparts (tho I hear rumors this is coming) and event-based filters in my workflows.
An excellent tool for Automated Marketing campaigns and the product and support teams are extremely helpful.
The data functions and the somehow difficult interface of campaigns and flow-building.
We use it daily to reach our audience and drive engagment. It's been an important piece of software tied to our growth.
There are not many customization options. It is also limited to users that has large customer bases.
On top of it all, I love the price. Great value for the money.
It could use more or better filtering and search options, as the segments, campaigns and attributes can turn into chaos if multiple people use it for different purposes.
We love to be able to act based on everything that our customers do on our platform and our website. Campaign workflows are easy to build and maintain and UI is very intuitive.
The UI/UX is very smooth and clean, and customer service is spectacular. As someone who has used many ESPs, it's very important to me that I can work smoothly without interruptions.

I like the ease of use and reliability is great. It has an app I can easily use from my android phone.
We have one person who is not receiving the calls, but I think she may have inadvertently blocked the number.
It is wonderful that when we have a prayer request that we can put it out to our prayer groups and the people receive it immediately so they can begin praying for that person or situation.
Inability to converse with congregants. Low ‘open’ rate (they wouldn’t pick up or after they hear the chime they’d hang up) No option to text instead.
I am pastor of a church that averages 80 people in attendance. One Call Now is the best way I know of to effectively communicate information to each member in the quickest amount of time.
The one complaint I have is that it can only be accessed from the church phone. Many times I have needed to send out a message and have to go to the church to do it.
I've found the easiest way is via phone app as you can use your phone mic to record your voice messages. Sound quality is pretty good, too.
Several people say the message starts, stops then restarts with out ever completing the message. Several people reported that the message starts in the middle so full information is not conveyed.
Ease of use / this is a great communication tool - second to none.

One of the best addtions that I purchased for my online store - worth every penny, full of features and most importantly great prompt support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN.

Great for quick edits, limited integration with our internal reporting software (ex giving a GA Experiment ID) means we can't use it for big experiments.
Customer support helps with template customization in a prompt manner.

There could be more mandatory access restrictions, by default open access to data is a bad idea and probably many users leave it that way, which reduces data security.
Super easy to deploy to the server (much better than AWS in this). Great, easy to use UI and advanced features.
The execution is deplorable. They make it so confusing and awkward to setup, so much back and forth.

The main disadvantage is the search facility , which needs to be addressed. As the entire database is a json file its is difficult to search particular object.

She said they would not respond to the scammer, even though they have their email. I fault the company for having no protocol for fraud.
It is super-easy to use, the customer support is fast and great, the software is very affordable. They also add new features always and help educational events, which is very nice.
They take your money and if your campaign has more than 10 bounced emails, they block your account and refuse to give you any customer service. The entire thing is a sham.

What i like most about this tool is that it provides me with the best email marketing services and great features for building my email lists effectively.
After numerous communication with the company, we found out they moved us to a "bad" server/IP address which triggered the recipient inbox spam filters.
GetResponse is my favorite EMS by far. The software is fairly easy to use and for what you can't figure out they have tons of options and outstanding customer service to learn and get trained.
When we asked for them to refund our payment due to our inability to use their system they refused, citing terms and conditions.
I am very much happy with the functionality if someone reworks the usability part, it will be one of the best products.

What i love about them is the vast amount of template they have making creating landing pages very easy and they also have email templates too.

The customer service is comprehensive and responds quickly to questions.
It is a great tool for email marketing filled with the required features like analyses and reports, segmentation, automation, etc. It is very nice looking and easy to navigate.
I cancelled my subscription and after a month they activated without my consense and charged of 95.
What i like most about this tool is that it provides me with the best email marketing services and great features for building my email lists effectively.
After numerous communication with the company, we found out they moved us to a "bad" server/IP address which triggered the recipient inbox spam filters.
GetResponse is my favorite EMS by far. The software is fairly easy to use and for what you can't figure out they have tons of options and outstanding customer service to learn and get trained.
When we asked for them to refund our payment due to our inability to use their system they refused, citing terms and conditions.
I am very much happy with the functionality if someone reworks the usability part, it will be one of the best products.

You cannot prepare webinar room in advance. Each time during rehearsals we had to upload all materials (PPT, videos, polls etc.) 1 hour before the webinar which was quite inconvenient.

The tool is convoluted, a bit hard to grasp for non technical people and the customer support is some of the worst I've ever encountered.
What really impresses me, is AgileCRM's support. The support and on-boarding staff I have worked with is excellent to say the least.
There were wayyyyyy too many glitches and bugs. I had a number of bad reports in my role at a previous job using this too.
We love that Agile is easy to use and has an option to import contacts from an excel file. They makes it so easy to manage out contacts and organize our data as to who is viewing/clicking on what.
It was a good experience and the team has built a good product especially the marketing automation part is very well done.

The greatest equalizer there is the award winning easily accessible tech support. Their customer service is hospitality devine.
When the time came, the emails went out in the wrong order, annoying customers I'd spent years building up and making our company look very unprofessional.
Overall a very good website to help you with your email marketing and i am very satisfied with the results.
Another refused to do so, and said that the subscriber would have to contact them to remove the block. How many people are actually going to take this extra step to receive emails.
I like the quality of email deliverability. I like the price when it is still small size list, affordable for newbie.
By that stage, I moved everything to GetResponse because of the poor support.

Also, it became too costly an option when trying to integrate my WooCommece store data without purchasing a $49 plugin.

We were also incredibly impressed with the support team at FOMO. They were friendly, responsive, and very helpful.
Some customers on the website find it very annoying to get these notifications and there is no way to turn them off for specific customers.
Their customer care is excellent and you get the feeling that they really know their stuff. And I also like their marketing, it's actually quite funny).
The problem I face is that it Does not Integrate with my ESP or other Marketing Platforms.
I like this software because it is very aesthetically pleasing, my customers like it, and the team is very responsive.
Not sure why they did not prioritize Facebook Page reviews into one of their 55 integrations. That was one of the obstacle initially faced before i decide to go onboard with them.
He also took the time to explain other integrations to me and how they could be implemented. Best customer experience I've ever had, and a fantastic product to match it.
We ended up uninstalling just because it felt a bit tacky and there was no way to tell if it was working.
I like that it helps to build confidence in my store, in the eyes of visitors, by showing that others are shopping there.

Fantastic customer service - very responsive to any need. We had a couple of issues which have been solved pretty smoothly thanks to them.
I found the interface hard to use at first. Also it was really annoying the lack of options to easily create "Read only" dashboards.
One of the best product which allow tracking user interaction with the application. Easy integration with frontend and backend (nodeJS) projects.
Quite heavy to understand, not always very simple. Too much fonctionnality and no real segmentation.
It is very easy to visualize and read on the screen the data exhibit. And it has a great set of filters and options to display and configure your own insights and reports.
Rigid notification center and no mail reports.
I use Mixpanel to determine how campaigns are working and how customers are performing according to my efforts. It's a great tool and easy to use.
Some simple things are hard i.e. "show me a a list of events that exist in our product.
It is highly useful for those products which are based on customer service over web like hotel bookings, resume creation, etc.
Chart creation is really straight forward. Moreover, if you use Segment, Mixpanel will work great with it.
Powerful, comprehensive tool to track and analyze user actions and behavior patterns.
It's also very conveniently priced, so great for bootstrapped projects.
Overall I am really satisfied with the software for my daily use. It really is a value for money and makes working really easy.

If you are using Google Workspace the Custom SAML integration is horrible. Usually the setup with other companies takes a few hours, one week if there are issues.

There are questions that city's or even other type industries wouldn't use. They also tout their 911 feature that allows dispatch to see information for anyone subscribed.
Their customer support team is also very reliable and we have worked with them on a few minor things since implementation. They were very quick to help resolve the issues we had.
The problem is that if your dispatch center does not subscribe to Smart 911 then dispatch will not see their information.
I have had an excellent experience with Rave, especially their customer service. They are very responsive and patient.
Since I don't administer the system, this is hard for me to answer. I've not heard of any issues.
It is user friendly and the customization of the emails and texts is great.

Since there was no mention of being charged once the trial lapse, I didn't do anything. A little more than a month later I find out I have been charged twice -- Aug/ Sep, 129$ each time.

They cancelled my account but just refunded the fees for September since it was within their 72-hour refund period.
