The only features I wish were incorporated is the ability to customize / only offer certain rewards to specific members, and some method to indicate if a member has completed the W-9 process.  

Limited external integration capabilities, even with Zapier there are limits to the type of data you can pass to an external CRMs such as opt-outs.

Despite the many advantages, the software's interface for setting up landing pages and emails is notably outdated and cumbersome, reminiscent of late 1990s technology.
