As a compromise, Simple Texting did offer "extra credits" beyond the 6000 useless ones we had pre-purchased. When I went to post this review on their website I found only 5 star reviews and could not find posting access.

On their website, "FREE TRIAL" and "14 DAY REFUND" are displayed in large text.

I was informed our business number was able to be port-in, later I was informed that was not able to port in by a different person, then I decided to buy a new number from a company that sells business numbers "headache-free to port out", then I checked with support again they said it seems to be able but only after my purchase it was possible to say.

I would recommend to look up the app so you know exactly what you will use it for since it is only free for 14 days and then you have to pay for it.

The other "wish" would be the option to add an image to my audio texts. When my subscribers open my audio texts, they are greeted with an unappealing string of letters and numbers.
