As a compromise, Simple Texting did offer "extra credits" beyond the 6000 useless ones we had pre-purchased. When I went to post this review on their website I found only 5 star reviews and could not find posting access.

Didn't have integration with my email marketing platform, which is desirable for a comprehensive review of our marketing efforts.

The other "wish" would be the option to add an image to my audio texts. When my subscribers open my audio texts, they are greeted with an unappealing string of letters and numbers.
