I feel like the web portal is pretty complicated for beginners it's more for the intermediate, I didn't like the fact that each player could only display on one TV I feel like for the price that you're paying per player you would think that you could display on multiple, the monthly subscription fees really add up when you need multiple players, I also didn't like that in the system technically the company owns the players even though you purchase them out

The customer service is great and the design of the player is in a great compact size
