Tap2Trade is a cloud-based B2B eCommerce mobile and web application that helps midsize and large businesses manage the entire process of sourcing and procurement. The platform helps users with spend analysis, price discovery, vendor management, eAuction, reverse auction, eBidding, purchase orders, order awarding and more.
Tap2Trade provides eRFI (electronic request for information) enabling users to create questions based on the information required from vendors such as documents exchange, proposals, and more. Buyers can compare and analyze vendors by downloading features with the Excel download functionality. The platform comes with eRFP and RFQ module that helps buyers upload bills of materials on a centralized system allowing vendors to access bills by the import feature. Primary features of Tap2Trade include templates, automated negotiations, bid monitoring, quote management, scheduling, process analysis, workflow management, and more.
Tap2Trade offers digital proposals and quotation enabling users to track and analyze performance and derive insights from it. The platform comes with an API and supports workflow hierarchy, user rights, and vendor identification.
