You can get very granular with targeting across email, SMS and onsite, which is great for running more complex promos and lifecycle campaigns. Once you understand how the logic works, it can handle pretty much anything you throw at it.

Xtremepush has limited advanced analytics and reporting capabilities, which can be restrictive for deeper performance analysis and long-term CRM strategy evaluation.

My favourite feature of Xtreme push is the user profiles section. Whenever I have any customer queries, I am able to easily go into a players profile and investigate the issue.
