It is rather frustrating how many of the features are blocked behind certain tiers and payment levels -- have sometimes run into something I thought we'd be able to use (like integration with Klaviyo or Q&A) that are not available to us unless we spring for a higher payment level -- and given our order volume right now it isn't an upgrade that makes sense at this time.

a price of $79 for only 500 orders is a bit high, there are other tools that do exactly the same thing for less, I would have preferred a "starter" version or even a trial version.

We've had a few small logistics issues comes up on the Yotpo visual side, although we have collected quite a lot of images over the years which could have contibuted.

Their SMS platform is competitive, but not revolutionary and allows for decent integration with Klaviyo.

However, after lots more back and forth than expected we were able to get the refer a friend scheme live.

The best feature IMO is the use of the app for free up until the first 50 purchases.

Their admin interfaces are a nightmare to navigate. If it was free the user interface would be terrible.

I dislike that once I schedule a campaign with a specific segmentation, the segment's subscribers are locked in, and the campaign does not automatically refresh as the segment changes.

Yotpo offers a solid product for Loyalty Programs and Referral Programs, but if you don't have a dedicated team to figure out implementation, this can be a real arduous process to set up.

I get emailed daily by competitors and always respond, "If you can do it better than YotPo - I'm in" I have yet to consider changing services and find that working with the technical talents of YoTpo has raised my expectations too high to be emailed a 2nd time by competitors in the Shopify integration space.

I wish there was a way to custimize my reveiw emails a little more.

This makes sending weekend campaigns difficult because I must wait until the night before to schedule the campaign and ensure that the segmentation is up to date.

They made the customer images larger which looks really nice!

Running my cosmetic business requires that I show up as close as I can to the customer and SMS allows me to do that!

I've used some more expensive ones, but Yotpo does everything those do for less $$$.

The system doesn't include multiple language support, so non-english reviews are mistakenly flagged for profanity.

Thanks to Yotpo I can receive product and site reviews without having to ask each client manually, this has helped me a lot!
