What they don't explain very well is that the web-based view of the database only allows for minimal functions that database users are used to, and that the old database-view would still be necessary to do important tasks, such as running detailed reports, use Online-Express, batch gift entry, etc.

When you make the migration, not all the data is migrated correctly, and for a lot of things you need to be doing in the database view and others are only possible on the webview.

We tried to unsubscribe, but they said we were bound by a contract.

I want to get training through Blackbaud University but you have to pay to learn anything.  

After not using the site for a while, I am able to pick up without much issue.

What I like least about the software is that it can be slow to update when I enter changes or gifts.
