It took time for both staff and grantees to become comfortable with the system, and some features required technical support or training to fully implement.

It doesnt have modern interaction mechanism. It has no more cons that i can think about at this moment.

At this time, all of those users could be considered early adopters. As anyone who adopts tech products early knows, that means lots of pain points.

We selected the system for its workflow- and cloud-based platform, flexibility, third-party integration, and community-focused business model.
