Bloomerang's features were pretty inflexible, so selecting features for a report became a fight.

We use Bloomerang at our non-profit, which raises $10M. As a team of one, I rely on Bloomerang to keep me organized and make reporting + tax receipts quick and easy.

Their platform is not user friendly at all and you often have to take steps in multiple places to accomplish one thing.

Reporting is SO easy - you don't have to have a strong understanding of queries, etc. - you just have to understand the concept of filters.

Some features do not exist or require additional payment.

Bloomerang was not able to filter those effectively for us, and we spent weeks going through thousands and thousands of accounts to clean up our data.

It is user friendly with a eye appealing layout.

We've also had times when two different employees will contact customer support and get two different answers to the same question or will get an answer that proves to be incorrect.
