I was very frustrated with the whole set up process, because of the lack of written instructions available. The sign up process for the bidders was difficult for my customers to navagate.

My only true concern was the "system too busy", the person was very frustrated by it. Only one person complained about the issue so I am not sure if it was a user or software problem.
