Real-time reporting and easy integrations have allowed our team to spend less time wrestling with spreadsheets and more time cultivating relationships, stewarding donors, and planning campaigns strategically.

Our old processor would sometimes decline credit card donations if the billing address wasn't perfectly formatted, whereas Donately has helped us capture those donations more reliably - resulting in a much larger donor base over time.

The platform’s clean interface, customizable forms, and automated workflows have dramatically reduced manual entry and errors.

Their campaigns feature isn't very intuitive in my opinion, and charging an annual fee in addition to the transaction fees seems excessive.

It is also fairly simple to help donors adjust their payment information and other details.

For example we could easily view the Average gift, but when you have one large gift that throws that off, the Median would be better to report on.

Donately that it’s an excellent choice if you want a donation platform that’s powerful without being overly complex.

From the beginning of our query to Bonterra / Network For Good, upon a referral from another local nonprofit, I was impressed with the thoroughness of details, the responsive customer service, the initial training, and questions are always answered.
