It is a very robust software. Since you can customize every page, it allows you to track what is most important to you.

Customer Support is top notch, ability to customize screens and reports is super helpful, it is a very robust system with a lot of capabilities.

The process for entering and tracking them is not as straightforward as it could be, which can create inconsistencies if multiple staff members are working in the system.

The forms and landing pages have limited options, such as the inability to insert a google map into an event page.

The ability to save time by making global edits + bulk updates/imports is very helpful for an organization who is cleaning up their database.

The integration with online donation forms and automatic receipting saves a lot of time, and being able to segment donors for targeted communications is a huge plus.

I have also bought a few hours of individual training each year to help with one of my database goals and make sure I am utilizing as many features of the system as possible for what I am trying to accomplish.

It often takes extra time to figure out where certain fields live or how to structure filters correctly, and even then, the results don’t always come out as expected without some trial and error.
