I will run a report, and I use the FULL_NAME field quite often in reports, but if it is a new contact imported from Qgiv, FULL_NAME will show up empty, and I will ask myself, "Who is this donor?" and then I will remember, "Oh I need to run a calculation by hand and run the report over again."  

There is a bit of a learning curve with the reporting functionality and certain reporting limitations if you are looking to run customized reports.

the dashboard and main donor screens are a little clunky compared to other platfoms but that is a minor annoyance given how robust the system is.

We have easy-to-track records of longtime supporters, donation histories and campaigns, that allow us to make decisions about future fundraising.

Data management is difficult, donor tracking is difficult, and our price is through the roof.
