Panorama was originally our second choice because of the interface, but their robust platform passed our stringent IT security certification process.

My Biggest complaint is that it's impossible to change an "Individual" donor to a "Company or Business" donor.

No matter how much information I provide, it is as if they read the first 4 words and have bucketed and prioritized our problem.

We weren't sure the platform would work as well as it did for a for-profit firm like ours since it's largely used by non-profits for fundraising, but there were no issues at all.

Gaging the donation amounts with analysis of effectiveness of campaign.

It generally takes several email exchanges to get them out of the original assessment and to actually addressing the problem.

We added premium support since it was our first time using it and I would recommend that for large events.

There is no direct line to contact anyone, and don't be surprised if your support ticket gets closed without a response!!!
