If any other company sent us automatic emails after someone made a donation or bought a ticket and had adequately professional forms, we would stop using Givebutter and switch services immediately.

We have multiple fundraisers and they all transfer as “Givebutter”.   If we could make it say “Givebutter basketball” or even a few letters so the person doing bank reconciliation knows which of the 5 Givebutter sub accounts the transfer came from.  

The lack of ability to sell tickets through the app or for patrons to be able to select seats from a seating chart makes the "Event" function of Givebutter far less useful than it could be for us.

It’s perfect for teams, allowing for seamless collaboration. While there are a few areas for improvement, like more customization options, the support and features provided have been invaluable for our fundraising efforts.

So if you're already using a Stripe account you'll have to get ANOTHER Stripe Express account that doesn't include important information about your constituents you already have in Stripe, like their customer ID numbers, cc info and more.

I cannot figure out how to make my donation page without a donation/monetary goal.

We chose givebutter for several reasons but one of my favorite things is that we could see how much each team member was achieving with donations. Since we were two relay teams, the competition was fierce and givebutter helped us stay motivated and interested in fundraising!

That means generating a report and cleaning it up, then doing a mail merge, and then going in and manually selecting who has been acknowledged.
