Givebutter is an all-in-one fundraising platform for student organizations, sports teams, companies, and nonprofits which offers the tools for collecting donations, running social peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, selling tickets to fundraising events, and more. The cloud-based platform offers three integrated products; Collect, Fundraise, and Event, which can be used individually or together within the Givebutter platform.

Great! I think a lot of my struggles were self induced and that it was a great way to interact with people I may never have. I certainly recommend it.
I loved the ease of use. Even the people who I had raise money never once mentioned it as a tough software to use. That makes everything much quicker.
I would say nothing but I feel like that doesn’t provide you with insights to optimize. I suppose the only thing that comes to mind is the navigation through the software.

Wonderful support & communication by the online folks.
Donations Management has been critical because we are all donation based. We depend on GB which delievers

Meh.
Works well for simple online donation tracking and follow up.
The Auction feature is a big bust and I dislike the use of the word "tipping" for donors.

This nonprofit had never used a peer-to-peer fundraising tool even though they have high community support. This made it easier for supporters to raise awareness, funders to financially support, and for us to track it all! And the cost is, so important, incredibly reasonable! We made substantially more than we would have without this tool.
This was an incredibly important financial tool we were able to leverage at a (very) competitive cost. The modern, easy dashboard was super simple to set up and nearly every participant utilized it. We did not have to coach folks on how to use it, just point them in the direction of the landing page. And, finally, this enabled financial support and success for our new annual fundraiser at a level we've never seen before. Amazing!
I have no complaints about Givebutter. It was easy to use, it helped us generate incredible financial support and it was easy to manage and transfer information on the back end.

We used Givebutter for ticket sales and donations for a fundraising event, and also for the silent/online auction. The event page was easy to customize and share. When it came time to close the auction, the experience of checking out winning bidders and fulfilling items was flawless.
Registering to bid in the auction could have been more seamless; all the people at our event had purchased tickets through Givebutter, yet they had to re-register their information to bid in the auction. It would have been nice to have their info from the event registration automatically port over to the auction.
This is a great suggestion, Amy, that lots of other people agree with. Feel free to add your vote to the request for including auction registration with a ticket purchase. This is a planned upgrade, but we don't have an ETA yet. https://community.givebutter.com/raise/p/ticket-buyers-automatically-registered-for-auction
