The program is not intuitive, contacts can't be cleaned up easily if there are duplicates (name of contacts are connected with company, company has a separate listing, deceased contacts can't be deleted, etc).

If an impact area needs to be changed to something else or moved under a different category, there is no "select all" or "move" button (think emails) and so I would have to individually go through every single log to make the change which requires several steps.
