Also tracking funds spent from restricted grants is a breeze.

We easily switched from Quicken, Calendly, Active Campaign and several apps into one seamless integration.

I also like that you can combine the CRM with bookkeeping.

We often recommend it to others and use for primary communications via email, donor management and tracking, etc.

Some of the web integration features were simplistic and didn't allow customization.

The support has been outstanding. Whenever we reach out, we hear back within 24 hours. And it's great that we usually are dealing with the same people so they know our platform and our needs.
