Customer support is not good. Cannot talk to a live person. No direct telephone number. You have to send in a request and wait times are usually a week away, when you need help right away. Response time is inadequate

The Subsplash Church App is a very cost-effective way to reach people in your church and beyond. It is fairly easy to use for non-technical people.

I think the web based content management system could use an overhaul. Adding and organizing media is harder than it needs to be.

The onboarding process was simple and the Subsplash team was really helpful in getting our website and church app operational. The church management platform is easy to use and makes it easy to stay connected to our church family. The app and website software makes it easy to maintain those tools.

There still isn't full integration among the various platforms, but it continues to get better. The app could use a little more user control, like being able to choose light or dark mode and the ability to change font sizes.

Subsplash gets our church information out in a clean and professional manner. The app makes it very easy to put information directly in the hands of our church members.

With every good product, there is setup. Subsplash has helped greatly, but it still takes a good amount of effort on our end. That can be difficult for a church without a designated tech guy.

Our church chose Subsplash for a few reasons. First, their end product is outstanding. The experience our church has when they interact with our content through Subsplash is excellent. Second, its a smooth process on our end. No hassle getting our content to our church. Lastly, customer service is top notch. Personal, caring help every time we've needed it!

I've never made an app, but Subsplash has been so nice to work with. The quality of everything (interfaces, options, encoding) is top-notch.

Sometimes navigating menus and figuring out which link/list i'm using can be difficult. The fill-in notes is a nice feature, but I wish there was a way to track who uses that particular bit.

We use sub splash for our mobile app platform. It is easy to design, easy to use, easy to edit and update on the fly. For anyone wanting to find a mobile app platform that almost anyone can manage, sub splash is the way to go. It helps our community stay engaged with our church. We advertise our app every week and trust it to do its work. We love the google cast and airplay feature as many from our church cast it to their TV's.

It seems that it might be directed mostly toward the church community, but expanding the platform to cater to other non profits might be helpful.

I wished we could import text documents into the sermon notes. I understand why it works like it does but it would be nice to be able to import PDFs.

Subsplash helped us create a beautiful website and app very easily. Our church loves it and uses both frequently.

The giving on the app is a huge disappointment. Our goal was for the app to have zero links to outside websites, which was a lofty goal. Giving was a huge part of our decision to go with Subsplash, and that included our decision to go with an app. However, you cannot give within the app. You are taken to a web page and you have to log in each time.

The giving module is amazing and has revolutionized the way we receive offerings. Not only is the method amazing it has also increased overall giving with in our congregation. Also the app does a great job of packaging and communicating information. Our people are hungry for our content and the subsplash app has been a great conduit for that content

The thing that we like least about subsplash is the back end of the app. It could be more user friendly and organized better

The customization for the app is limited. The company would do well to offer more customization abilities.

I could publish what I needed to support a large church's online presence and provide church-goers with resources that they needed.

The back-end was rough. I was often limited in what I could do, or how I could do it. It's still fairly simple so you can get what you need out of it, but don't expect your app to feel 100% customized.

This has been a good resource for watching videos of my church sermons. It is simple and easy to use.

I'm finding myself using Facebook for live video streams. I wish there was more to the app to connect me to my church and other believers. Seems like there's missed opportunity for way more features other than video.

Our church has used Subsplash for our consumer app for a while now. As a user, I find it very clean, simple, yet with a modern look, hence it's everything I'm hoping for in an app. We have our's setup with a buttons for online giving, sermons on demand, and a kids and students section. No login is required to use the app, and I find this very freeing.

Subsplash's strength is it's weakness. The app is simple, and perhaps isn't completely necessary for every church. Many churches have websites that can play their sermon, and support online giving. The app just makes it easier.

We just transitioned to Subsplash and we are very impressed with the app design and user abilities.

On our previous church ad there was an open message wall that was similar to Facebook and allowed comments and like, this app does not allow this feature.
