Frequency of bugs and timeline of resolutions.

I think this is true of any system that needs to appease many churches: different churches need slightly different things.  

Particularly when it comes to volunteer scheduling and similar.

This means there are occasional bugs to work out in the software.

The software does great out-of-the-box, but can be customized to do all sorts of other things.  

Also, the customer support is outstanding, and new development clearly reflects actual church needs.  

I think some new features are not thoroughly tested as they should be.

In these years, I feel like I've gotten to know many of the TouchPoint staff folks, and they are truly partners in our ministry.  

It is robust and extremely capable as well as very versatile and adaptable.

People are easy to work with and we love the product.  

We have used TouchPoint for ten years and are constantly learning.

ChMS can go toe-to-toe with the top Church Management Softwares out there, but at the time of our utilization, we were not using the software to its full extent, and that made it hard to justify given the price of the overall tool.

ChMS is a very substantial church management tool, even when we were using it several years ago before PushPay acquired it

However,  their community forums, costumer service, and roadmap is needing improvement.

Service planning / scheduling in CCB was inadequate so we used Planning Center.

It took dedicated staff members working with CCB developers to truly get to a point where we could utilize the system effectively. While the user interface is great, getting it to produce the reports we were accustomed to in other softwares was far more cumbersome.
