Frequency of bugs and timeline of resolutions.

I think this is true of any system that needs to appease many churches: different churches need slightly different things.  

Particularly when it comes to volunteer scheduling and similar.

This means there are occasional bugs to work out in the software.

The software does great out-of-the-box, but can be customized to do all sorts of other things.  

Also, the customer support is outstanding, and new development clearly reflects actual church needs.  

I think some new features are not thoroughly tested as they should be.

In these years, I feel like I've gotten to know many of the TouchPoint staff folks, and they are truly partners in our ministry.  

It is robust and extremely capable as well as very versatile and adaptable.

People are easy to work with and we love the product.  

We have used TouchPoint for ten years and are constantly learning.

I loved being able to keep and extensive data base of all members and leaders.

Admittedly, we are a small non-profit ministry and are not the "usual" user, so that does make it a bit challenging, I am sure.

Maybe more tabs listed of most used reports.
