Abto Fruit Counting is a camera-based solution for the automatic counting of fruits that are moving on the conveyor. It can be integrated with intelligent conveyor systems or employed directly in fruit processing warehouses.
Abto Fruit Counting solutions continuously calculate four parameters for each of the monitored conveyors:
1. Current fruit speed: the number of fruits transported by the conveyor during the last minute.
2. Average fruit speed: the average number of fruits that are transported by the conveyor per minute.
3. Total count of fruits: the sum of fruits transported by the conveyor since the start of a shift.
4. Capacity utilization rate: shows the percentage of the conveyor potential that is actually used.
Abto Fruit Counting supports more than 20 agricultural products including citrus fruits such as lemons, mandarins, oranges; pome fruits including apples and pears; stone fruits such as coconuts and peaches. However, its counting technology is not limited to fruits. It can also be utilized to count eggs, bakery products, onions, and other similar-looking and similar-sized objects.
