Pros

Ease of use, simplify processes, drive growth and achieve greater efficiency in today's competitive business environment.
The program is strong, the ability that you can use from the cloud for me is the best, I can work in the cloud from my office or from my client office, that save time to me, and money to my client.
Acumatica has a built in CRM that helps to integrate the sales and operations process to finance. It's really helpful to have the financials easily available for each sales opportunity.

Pros

Great hour long video conference where the customer service was amazing. This software is definitely in the running for our switch.
Great Tolls To Mange your Business < So Easy To use after. I love how it mange the inventory.
The software is amazing we are just starting to use it and we love it.

Cons

Log in and password reset has weak info and hard for you if forgot the password.
As an admin, limiting pages for users and restricting access is a pain. Need to go through each tab and change the access rights.
Bank matching can be a little off, and is hard to tweak.

Cons

When something is wrong, the application is just suspended without any reason or explanation. It should have a better error handling.
The inability to go back and fix an invoice, or adjust products after being pushed through to further steps.
Very diffcult to manage more than one warehouse in this program and am thinking to leave the ERPAG because of this.

A full functional ERP system to service my small business on the cloud with access anywhere

Pros

Very user friendly in most cases, offers a full package to fully run a small size business with great support of currencies, languages and functionality across what a typical ERP system should perform. The simplicity of the system and its availability on the cloud makes it a very competitive solution against bigger and well known ERP systems.

Cons

Mostly no cones but would've been better to offer more options under the "Production" system. Additionally a integrated project management system would be perfect.

very affordable ERP solution. Perfect for small/medium size business that cannot spend a big chunk of financial resource for top-tiered ERP solutions. Yet still need functional ERP to grow their business.

Pros

Very easy to use and set up. Integrated solution from customer lead to PO management. I love the BOM structure to manage some of our complicated products.

Cons

limited customization capability. This tool is tailoring to manufacturing. So I'd really hope we could tweak some minor customization to better fit our business.

+The SaaS-based architecture, which so many previous generation on-prep ERP providers are attempting to achieve with cloud offerings, but not quite hitting the mark. +The full range of ERP-relevant product capabilities and functionality, including mobile-friendly emulators of using the solution on the warehouse floor. +A full offering of off-the-shelf reports +Direct, inline product support via chat. +Integrated self-guided training overview videos on each page.

Cons

- I want to verify the volume and scalability of the products future strategic direction. - I want to verify mobile capabilities on-device vs. just the emulator. I may need to purchase a license to do this. - The user experience has a slightly more industrial and ERP-ish feel, but it's still fairly dynamic and interactive.

A Good Hosted ERP

Fairly new to ERPAG but have been using ERP and CRM software over 10 years.

Pros

A good hosted ERP with its own custom software feel.

Cons

Sometimes the web interface lags, not clear about which features are included at what price / subscription level.

Flexible but slow

Pros

Cover all ERP activities with easy understanding dashboard Automatically calculate the cost and it.

Cons

Unlike work in excel, I'm trying to use but it quite slow and the data sometimes is too strict, like cannot change the name of the column

Excellent Easy to Use ERP System

We choose ERPAG after wasting our money in custom ERP system with other company and it took almost 1 year for them to figure out what we needed and it still did not work.ERPAG is so easy to deploy , anyone with basic ERP knowledge can start using in few minutes. And I have never seen ERP system with so much customization option in reports.

Pros

It was so easy to deploy this software. We started using within 4-5 days and that include training to team.

Cons

Only thing we did not like about this software is limited capability in accounting module.

Pros

The information availablity, the functionality, the record keeping, the all in one ERP, bookkeeping, sales, CRM, everything!

Cons

The inability to go back and fix an invoice, or adjust products after being pushed through to further steps

Impressive capabilities

Superlative!

Pros

The progress from database management software that keeps track of Bills of Material to Multimillion-dollar ERP implementations has been spectacular. The only thing more stunning about the cost of these systems is the complexity. If you have ever worked with SAP you will understand immediately. If not you are going to save yourself a steep journey up that learning curve. ERPAG is priced almost too low. I nearly passed it up when I saw the cost. How can Cloud-based ERP software have this price point and really be ERP I thought. Fortunately, I took a closer look. I'm still exploring all of the functionality. I will be presenting ERPAG tomorrow and I will say simply that ERPAG is all you will ever need. All of the bases are covered.

Cons

ERPAG University CRM tutorials would be helpfull.

2. The motivation Behind Implementing the ERP system was that it offers a more comprehensive solution to Fieka SPECIFIC business requirement. We have trailed many ERP based business packages but have found 3 to be the most suitable namely SAP BUSINESS ONE, ERPNext and ERPAG

Pros

All the modules are easy to use and its Comprehensive. Support is top notch and professional. We would prefer to see more short vids on the setup of new businesses. Also a msg record option.

Cons

The font and display could do with some colour.

Overall we have a good experience with ERPAG as it is really simple to understand and to use, for a quite reasonable price.

Pros

ERPAG is quite easy to understand and to use, even for a person who never employs an ERP software.

Cons

From time to time it is a little bit slow to reload or refresh the pages.

Excellent overall product however missing key features for the Software to work with other Systems

Overall it is good, i think if they fix the integration requirements it would be one of the best software's out there

Pros

All in one Software, integrates well with Xero Accounting, has all the features you need for a fully fledged ERP System

Cons

Lack of API access, Webhook, and inability to import Purchase Orders from Excel or to bring in Purchase Orders from External Softwares. Also lacking the ability to bulk import existing Sales Orders, Shipping Documents, Purchase Orders and updating them via Excel.

Pros

In the company it is related to the flexibility that is provided to the software tools that are used. It provides customization, control and better management in search of absolute optimization. Everything is modifiable and open to be altered based on the needs that occur dynamically. Any change that needs to be made will be integrated and large resources will not have to be invested in external processes.

Cons

Implementing the ERP system is not a matter of a few days, but it is a complicated process that requires a lot of attention, so a thorough maintenance work must be carried out. At the same time, the template must be updated in the way in which the ERP system is used in terms of obtaining the data and analyzing and managing them. If this fails, if you leave it behind and the way in which the potential of the ERP is squeezed, everything can be out of control in a short time.
