It's extremely helpful in our line of business to be able to access our fleet info via mobile app and on a desktop for information management.

After sales customer support was spot on....Went over and beyond...I didn't think that what they did for me was even in the radar..Recovered one of my car's data...

They were also instrumental in untangling our unique billing.

I researched several programs and found Autosist to be easy to use and most of what I needed.  

Autosist is very easy to use for fleet management once you get set up.

AUTOsist has the best customer service weather it is a phone call or e-mail, they are very prompt, It is user friendly, As of any program you do use it is only as good as the information that is provided, with AUTOsist it very easy to extract what you are looking for.

Again without a digital transfer obviously it has to be manually input. But sometimes I think there must be a more efficient way to document all the service/maintenance that has occurred on equipment.

I normally don't pay for apps but this one I am happy to as it is in constant use by me.

EROAD helped us keep track of driver Hours of Service and monitor their locations for tracking and route planning.

At the time did not offer a full suite of safety and maintenance suites that the competition did so we switched.

The main issue with the company is the communication about their products and contract.   Once you're signed, the care disappears and they will not respond or help in any way!

We've asked where to send the units and we'll just pay out the rest of the contract, and can't get a response.  

We have, several times, had trucks sitting in the yard unable to drive because of lack of support from ERoad.  

They blank out and reset going down the road after a couple of years of use.  

Permanently mounted to the dash, but small in size.  

Something happened within the last 2 years, it seems the have almost completely abandoned their US base of operations.
