We wish there was a way to customize some of the alerts further - for instance, we would love to be able to assign a "Speeding over posted" alert for something like 13 mph over posted for non-highway driving, but for highway driving we'd want the alert to be "speeding over" 20.

We have full tracking of all delivery vehicles, which has helped prove delivery arrival and how long it took to deliver, and I can see where drivers are to better communicate what we can or cannot achieve in a given day (ie: last second pickups/deliveries).

I really appreciate the reports feature, but I know I’m not using the reports as effectively as I want to. If report-focused webinars are already available, I’m not sure where to locate them, so it would be helpful to offer reminders on where to find them or webinar sessions (possibly featuring real customers or fleet managers) to demonstrate how they set up and use reports to address common challenges for their company.
