What is Cargosnap?
Cargosnap is a platform for the logistics chain to document and record shipment conditions, from the receipt of goods to customer delivery. The process prevents any unjustified claims regarding transport damage, enabling quick and easy refuting when needed.
The mobile application can take photos and videos of damaged packages. It can also inspect trucks for moisture damage. Cargosnap can also scan barcodes and QR codes. It is possible to create customized inspection forms fillable via the application. Photos and videos with timestamps and GPS coordinates are available.
Standard reports are available and it is possible to create customized reports. Standard Word, PDF, and Excel exports are available. It is possible to download all data via REST APIs and webhooks. The platform hosts on the Microsoft Azure cloud network. Microsoft account owners can access the application using a single sign-on feature.
