Being able to customize certain workflows and fields, even in small ways, has made a big difference in improving our day-to-day operations and efficiency.

I find that when creating branches for consignment the dashboard reports SOH and available stock of all branches which is misleading - consignment branches means our stock is located with customers - therefore the SOH and Avail stock should be shown on the dashboard by branch or at least for the main branch, minus consigned stock

We were disappointed to find that only text-based fields could be created as custom fields, and we didn’t have the ability to make them numerical or include dropdown lists. While we were able to get support for this from Cin7, it required significant persistence and was not a seamless process.

We have intermittent performance / loading issues with the system from time to time that usually resolve themselves within a minute or two and configuring the system correctly can be challenging given the level of flexibility the system has to adapt to your workflows but the support team are there to help guide you if you get stuck.

Similarly, the Shopify-Cin7 sync is restricted to a narrow set of fields.

The value delivered is significant and the capability would be hard to replicate with alternative solutions.

Copy-and-paste import feature (useful in many areas)

It would have been helpful to have a clearer understanding of what data is actually integrated before committing to the platform.

Multi-channel management is also very convenient, helping with inventory and order management.
