I find that when creating branches for consignment the dashboard reports SOH and available stock of all branches which is misleading - consignment branches means our stock is located with customers - therefore the SOH and Avail stock should be shown on the dashboard by branch or at least for the main branch, minus consigned stock

Unfortunately my data including inventory levels and value conti ies to be corrupted. When Iraise these issues with Cim7 support they fix the issue but never share with you what the issue is in the back end.

We were disappointed to find that only text-based fields could be created as custom fields, and we didn’t have the ability to make them numerical or include dropdown lists. While we were able to get support for this from Cin7, it required significant persistence and was not a seamless process.

We have intermittent performance / loading issues with the system from time to time that usually resolve themselves within a minute or two and configuring the system correctly can be challenging given the level of flexibility the system has to adapt to your workflows but the support team are there to help guide you if you get stuck.

CIN7 delivers sold core functionality in both areas with very reasonable pricing and well developed interfaces with key business software packages.

Training videos get you some good basics, however lacking when trying to set up some more complicated work flows such as production jobs and kitting and bundling.

Tax should be applied to individual items, rather than solely nominal codes / GL accounts - sure, I could create loads of accounts, but would be nice to be able to edit on each product.

We can trace the sales order back to its source, which stock we used for a particular sales order. If there's quality issues or any other issues arise with a sales order, we know which batch or purchase order the stock comes from and we could perform quality inspections to the entire batch or purchase to prevent the same issue arising again, which ensures customer satisfaction.

ShipStation only expose carrier packages, instead of custom package types via API, which we couldn't select the custom package types in Cin7's WMS app for direct label printing. And the workflow for packing and shipping in WMS could be improved, a lot to be improved.
