EROAD helped us keep track of driver Hours of Service and monitor their locations for tracking and route planning.

At the time did not offer a full suite of safety and maintenance suites that the competition did so we switched.

The main issue with the company is the communication about their products and contract.   Once you're signed, the care disappears and they will not respond or help in any way!

We've asked where to send the units and we'll just pay out the rest of the contract, and can't get a response.

They blank out and reset going down the road after a couple of years of use.

Their customer support has dropped off the face of the earth over the last couple years.

The software is not bad.   But when it's time to start closing off some devices because the terms are up expect to be completely ignored.

It is an extremely helpful tool for me just to know when I can or can't call our employees and see where they have been.

In comparison, EROAD is much easier for the user to understand.   Because the user can easily understand the functionality the problems in the back office went away.  

I don't know how easy it was to install or how much it cost but I use it every day to see where our construction workers were at during their shift.

From the selection process, to roll out and training, to now years of use, EROAD has provided top notch customer service.
