The camera does not have a true live view. While this feature is helpful, the lack of it is not enough to make me switch to a different service.

Initial set up of trackers is a bit time consuming

I am not sure if it is an issue with our trucks or the trackers, but occasionally the techs vehicles will go into an idle mode and remain there.

Just plugged in the units to the trucks and was up and running shortly.

When using the map, operator error,  it will blow up so much we can not see the truck on the service map, this is when we are trying to drill down to closest city and distance to next job

We wish there was a way to customize some of the alerts further - for instance, we would love to be able to assign a "Speeding over posted" alert for something like 13 mph over posted for non-highway driving, but for highway driving we'd want the alert to be "speeding over" 20.

It comes in handy for tracking where my driver is on a certain delivery route… it also allows us to track how long our driver is at each stop or if they are someplace they aren’t supposed to be while on the clock…

Working with one step GPS was a pleasure every step of the way they made everything so easy and the service provided was flawless  When our van was in fact stolen again, our GPS and their service was critical in, not only following it In route, but recovering it and having all the data, the authorities needed to press charges even when we sold our van the process of movie the tracker to the new owner was just As painless.
